Matthijs de Ligt is celebrating his 20th birthday. Despite his young age, Matthijs represents one of the key signings of the summer for Juventus, following his brilliant campaign last season as a protagonist with Ajax.
Having touched down in Turin 19 July, he was immediately introduced into the Bianconeri lifestyle by taking part in the Juventus Summer Tour in Asia, and he did the same this weekend in Stockholm, against Atletico Madrid. Now, the fans will be eagerly lining up to see him in the annual ritual at Villar Perosa.
There, he will be able to verify the affection and warmth of the Juventus people, who from today will be wishing him a happy birthday as one of their own.
