Pogba commences Under-20 World Cup adventure

A hectic summer of international fixtures will continue this evening when Paul Pogba takes to the field for the French under-20 side against Ghana in Istanbul.

Italy did not qualify for the tournament finals but Bianconeri fans still have plenty of reason to keep an eye on proceedings as the Frenchman will be in action for Les Bleus, who have been placed in a challenging Group A alongside Ghana, Spain and the USA.

France’s tournament opener sees them lock horns with Ghana in Istanbul this evening at 6pm (5pm CET).
