Today’s final training session at Juventus Center sees Antonio Conte’s troops intensify their tactical focus ahead of Thursday night’s Europa League return leg against Trabzonspor

The Bianconeri’s preparations for Thursday’s Europa League clash with Trabzonspor in Turkey are officially in full swing following this morning’s final training session at the club’s Juventus Center  complex.

Ahead of this afternoon’s departure from Turin’s Caselle airport, Antonio Conte gathered his troops on the training ground for a 15-minute warm-up – open to the media – followed by detailed tactical work conducted behind closed doors.

With the uphill task of overturning a two-goal deficit from the first leg, Trabzonspor, still adapting to life under new coach Hami Mandirali, will be keen to impose themselves right from the word go on Thursday night.

Despite the advantage lying firmly with Juventus, the hosts head into the fixture boasting an impressive seven-game unbeaten European record at the Huseyin Avni Aker Stadium, and know they will be able to count on the backing of a passionate home support.

Conte’s men, therefore, will be taking nothing for granted as they seek to complete the job they started by sealing a last 16 tie against the winners of Fiorentina and Esbjerg.

After touching down in Turkey shortly after 19.00 local time, Conte and Gigi Buffon will meet the media before joining the squad for a walk around the stadium, where the players will sample the surface for the very first time.
