Antonio Conte welcomed a reduced squad back to the club’s Vinovo training complex this morning for the Bianconeri’s final training session of the week.
The absence of the 12 players away representing their respective nations on international duty failed to alter the intensity of proceedings, with Conte taking centre stage as he led his men through a mixed session on the Juventus Center training pitches.
In addition to the international contingent, Andrea Barzagli, Claudio Marchisio and Simone Pepe also sat out this morning’s session.
Meanwhile, Montenegrin Mirko Vucinic was forced to depart last night’s clash with Poland during the first half after sustaining a bruise to his left knee. His condition will be assessed over the coming hours.
Juventus will step up their preparations for next Saturday’s Serie A showdown with Inter when they return to Vinovo for a single workout on Monday afternoon.
