Juve-supporting youngsters from 42 different countries are waving goodbye to Juventus Summer Camp as it comes to a close in its final location: the magnificent setting of Sestriere.
Over the last week, the other three Juventus Summer Camp locations – Vinovo, Roncegno Terme and Cascia – have been holding their own closing ceremonies for what has been the tenth anniversary of the summer programme.
Record numbers of almost 3000 young footballers from as many as 23 European countries and a further 19 overseas nations have been able to experience the excitement of a Bianconeri summer thanks to a dedicated team assembled by Juventus University to teach them under the club's methods.
Within that team, 150 coaches have been involved over the course of the seven weeks that the Camp has been running, all with the aim of conveying the values and learning model of Juventus Soccer Schools. Also amongst their number were a contingent of goalkeeping coaches, who continue to follow Juventus’ youth teams from the Juventus Training Center throughout the season.
It has been a summer of immersion in all things Juventus for these youngsters, a summer of great enthusiasm, friends made and obviously a whole lot of football played.
