Juventus Football Club has expanded its ever-growing social networking presence with today’s launch of an official English language Twitter profile.
After amassing over 725,000 followers on its @juventusfc bilingual page, the club has now elected to embark on an exclusive platform for English speaking supporters, offering up to date information and behind-the-scenes access to over 200 million active users of the popular micro-blogging service.
Following successful ventures with Facebook, Google+, Instagram and Twitter profiles since a new social media strategy was implemented in April 2011, today marks the latest phase in the enhancement of the club’s digital output.
As with the original bilingual account, which will continue to tweet in Italian, supporters are actively encouraged to engage with the club by sending in their photos, videos and reaction to unfolding events in Turin.
Keep in touch with every moment of the team’s domestic and European adventures, starting with today’s Champions League draw, by following @juventusfcen, a unique English language service for Juventus fans across the globe.
