Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni will take charge of the Bianconeri’s Serie A clash with Bologna away at the Dall’Ara on Friday, not long after overseeing the derby win against Torino

Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni has been designated the referee for Friday evening’s 20.45 CET kick-off between Bologna and Juventus at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara.

It has been just over two months since Mazzoleni and Juve’s last meeting: the 1-0 derby win away at Torino on 29 September was also presided over by the Lombardy-born official.

Out of the 14 Juventus games which Mazzoleni has overseen in total, the Bianconeri’s record has been nine victories, four draws and a solitary defeat, but there is no precedent with Bologna under his stewardship.

The referee’s assistants at the Dall’Ara will be Fabrizio Posado and Alfonso Marrazzo, while Elenito Giovanni Di Liberatore will be the fourth official.
