The Bianconeri youngsters battle back from a goal behind to record an impressive 4-1 win over Modena in Emilia-Romagna

Fabio Grosso’s Primavera produced an emphatic response to going a goal down in Modena, netting four strikes to secure an impressive 4-1 away triumph this afternoon.

Despite getting off to an encouraging start in Emilia-Romagna, the Bianconeri youngsters found themselves trailing  on 33 minutes when Ange Tresor Dezai weaved his way through the defence to slot home.

However, the Primavera rallied and went into the break all square thanks to Matteo Gerbaudo’s leveller just before the interval.

Any hopes of a swift Modena second-half response were dashed when first Anastasios Donis and then Jose Cevallos netted within 12 minutes of the restart, with Alhassane Soumah slamming home from the spot to put the icing on the cake.

Grosso will look to continue his unbeaten start as Primavera coach when his youngsters entertain Siena on Saturday 12 April.
