Gianluca Rocchi will oversee proceedings as the Bianconeri take on Napoli at Juventus Stadium on Sunday evening.
The Tuscan referee has also officiated two other Juve games this season: the 4-0 Italian Super Cup triumph against Lazio on 18 August in Rome and the 3-2 home victory over Milan on 6 October.
Overall, the Bianconeri’s balance of results under Rocchi’s stewardship has been a very positive one of 17 wins, three draws and three defeats to date.
Only one of those 23 games has involved Napoli: a 1-0 Juve win at Turin’s Stadio Olimpico on 16 March 2008 courtesy of a Vincenzo Iaquinta strike.
Elenito Giovanni Di Liberatore and Gianluca Cariolato will be Rocchi’s assistants at Juventus Stadium, while the fourth official will be Andrea Padovan.
