Emanuele Giaccherini has today completed a permanent move to English Premier League side Sunderland.
The winger, who joined the Bianconeri in August 2011, represented one of the first signings of the Antonio Conte era, arriving on an initial co-ownership deal from Cesena.
His dedication and ability to play in a variety of different positions soon saw him become a vital component of the club’s back-to-back Scudetto winning squad.
There are plenty of highlights from Giaccherini’s two-year spell in Turin, though the abiding memory of his time in the black and white stripes will undoubtedly be last season’s injury-time winner over Catania which took the team nine points clear of Napoli in the race for the title.
The midfielder’s consistent displays confirmed his international credentials, earning him call-ups to Cesare Prandelli's Euro 2012 and Confederations Cup squads.
All associated with Juventus Football Club would like to thank Emanuele for all his efforts and wish him every success for his new adventure in England.
