Emre Gural swoops in the dying embers to claim a share of the spoils from Saturday evening’s 2-2 draw with Kardemir Karabukspor

A last-gasp Emre Gural equaliser rescued a point for the Bianconeri’s upcoming Europa League opponents Trabzonspor in Saturday night’s 2-2 Super Lig away draw with Kardemir Karabukspor.

The visitors, still without a manager following the midweek departure of Mustafa Resit Akcay, got off to the perfect start against their European-chasing opposition when Gural put them a goal to the good with just ten minutes played.

From a seemingly comfortable position, Trabzonspor then saw their lead overturned at the start of the second half when two goals in as many minutes from Murat Akca and Michael Eneramo tipped the balance in the favour of the hosts.

Gural would, however, have the final say with three minutes of added time remaining, stealing in to clinch an important point from the Turks’ final league game ahead of Thursday night’s trip to Juventus Stadium.
