Bianconeri legend David Trezeguet experienced an afternoon to remember as he sampled the magic of Juventus Museum and Juventus Stadium for the first time since making his triumphant return to Turin.
The popular striker, who excelled in the black and white stripes between 1999 and 2010, began today’s visit with an emotional walk around J-Museum, where he relived a host of magic moments, including the Bianconeri’s dramatic Scudetto-winning afternoon in Udine on 5 May.
Trezeguet’s tour continued with a look at the club’s state of the art Juventus Stadium, an arena built on the site where his goals brought plenty of joy to his adoring followers – the Delle Alpi.
But the best is yet to come for the frontman. Tomorrow night, before Antonio Conte’s men take to the field against Roma, he will make his way out on to the hallowed Juventus Stadium turf to receive the applause of an enthusiastic capacity crowd.
