Are you a season ticket holder at Juventus Stadium?
Unable to attend a particular home match due to previous commitments, a wedding or possibly illness and unsure of what to do?
Fear not! Thanks to ‘My Season Ticket’ on Juventus.com – launched earlier this summer – fans are able to manage their attendance on a match-by-match basis, designate reserves or even sell their seats on to other supporters.
Let’s take you through our easy step-by-step guide:
WHAT IS ‘MY SEASON TICKET’?
In this section, supporters can sell their tickets to a designated ‘reserve’ for matches or return their seat to the club so that it can be made available for other customers.
In order to begin the process, you must register as an E Member on Juventus.com which you can do for free here.
DESIGNATE A RESERVE
As a season ticket holder, you have the right to choose up to three people as your ‘reserves’ during the course of the campaign.
There is no limit as to how many times supporters can sell their tickets to a designated ‘reserve’ and these can be added at any time throughout the season.
NB: Once your seat has been designated to one of your reserves, it can no longer be assigned elsewhere.
PUT YOUR SEAT UP FOR SALE
Can’t pass your tickets on to your reserves? No problem, just put your seat back up for sale online.
By doing so, supporters will be reimbursed credit that can be used on www.listicket.com. This could go towards:
· Purchasing tickets for Champions League and Coppa Italia encounters;
· Renewing season tickets for the following campaign;
· Booking places on the Juventus Museum tour;
