The Allievi Nazionali kept their title hopes alive thanks to a hard-fought 1-1 draw with midtable Spezia in Vinovo on Sunday afternoon.

After a goalless first-half, the visitors went ahead through Raffaelle Verdicchio’s effort on 64 minutes before they were reduced to ten men when Giulio Maggiore saw red for two bookable offences.
