The games come thick and fast this week with Massimiliano Allegri’s Bianconeri back in Serie A action against Cesena at Juventus Stadium on Wednesday evening.
After undertaking a light session during yesterday morning’s workout in Vinovo, the players returned to Juventus Center this afternoon hungry to maintain their 100 per cent record in the league so far.
On the menu for the Bianconeri today was a warm-up which involved ball work followed by a session focused on tactics.
Martin Caceres was not present with the group after sustaining an injury during Saturday’s 1-0 success at San Siro. The Uruguayan underwent tests this morning which revealed that he had suffered a hyperextension of the biceps femoris in his left thigh and not a tear as it was first feared. His condition will be assessed further before he can return for selection.
Bianconeri boss Allegri will meet the media at Juventus Center tomorrow for his pre-match press conference from 13.00 CET before taking to the training pitches to oversee his players in another workout shortly after.
