Back to work with reduced ranks

In the wake of Sunday’s 7-0 victory over Parma at Juventus Stadium, Massimiliano Allegri allowed those Bianconeri not called upon by their respective national sides two days’ rest to recharge their batteries.

Deprived of 13 players currently away on international duty, Wednesday afternoon saw the reduced group return to Juventus Center and begin preparations for the Serie A clash with Lazio in Rome 12 days from now.

On the menu for Allegri’s men today was a workout predominately focused on fitness and it will be much of the same for the non-international contingent when they return to Vinovo for tomorrow morning’s session.
