That's four games and four wins. Six goals scored and none conceded. Juve have made a blistering start to the new season and perhaps the most impressive stat of them all is that zero figure in the goals against column.

It's worth delving a little deeper though because it's more than just clean sheets. Not only are the Bianconeri yet to concede, they have afforded very few chances to their opponents thanks to an excellent defensive organisation and an excellent set of defenders.

Leonardo Bonucci has certainly excelled so far, defensively but also in his distribution play. Even though his duties are slightly different compared to last year.

The centre-back explained: "I'm playing fewer long balls forward now. Generally I lay it off to Marchisio or the nearest midfielder instead, but when the opportunity arises I'm quite prepared to step up and take on the responsibility."

The 27-year-old then analysed the Bianconeri's dominance against Milan. "We often see teams sitting back and defending against us. They base their game plan on hitting us on the break and tonight they were almost perfect – that just shows how good Juve are."

The Rossoneri are looking to bounce back following a disappointing campaign last time out but they weren't able to take anything off the Bianconeri tonight. The Italy defender said: "It's hard to get going again after a season like they had last year, especially if you're up against a team that's dominated the previous campaigns. Unfortunately for them they ran into a strong, mature Juve side that's used to playing this sort of contest."
