Buffon receives tribute from Agnelli

Ahead of today’s Serie A encounter with Parma, Gigi Buffon was pitchside to receive a special plaque from club president Andrea Agnelli commemorating his 500 appearances in the black and white jersey.

This follows yesterday evening’s visit to Juventus Museum, where the goalkeeper handed over the very shirt worn when he achieved that momentous milestone.

After accepting the tribute from president Agnelli, Buffon then took to the pitch and celebrated in the best possible way by racking up his eighth Serie A clean sheet of the season during Juventus' 7-0 victory over the Gialloblu.
