Leading scorer, leader on and off the field, ever-present in this great Juventus side. As he reaches the climax of another season, Carlos Tevez will certainly look back on 2014/15 as one of the finest of his career. Indeed, it’s no accident that the J-Members have named him “MVP of the Month Powered by Hanwha” on more than one occasion by voting for him after every match here.
Of course, with the season drawing to a close, there’s an even bigger prize up for grabs. The time has come to name the Juventus player of the year, with the winner set to receive their prize at Juventus Stadium ahead of Juventus v Napoli on Saturday.
On our website and across our various social media platforms, we put forward five names, linking them to some of the best moments of individual skill we’ve seen this season: Buffon’s save against Inter, Tevez’s goal against Parma, Pogba’s volley against Napoli, Morata’s goal against Madrid in the Bernabeu and Pirlo’s derby-winning thundercracker against Torino.
Well, he did it again! We are delighted to announce that Carlos Tevez has been named “MVP of the Year Powered by Hanwha”. As always, the prize will be handed over by a lucky J-Member.
