Elisa Massarini won't forget tonight in a hurry. Not only because she got to breathe in the atmosphere at the J-Stadium on what was a great match against AC Milan, but also because of a few short moments before kick-off that she will probably one day proudly tell to her grandchildren.
Elisa observed from pitchside as the players finished their pre-match warm-up – enough in itself to bring tingles down the spines of most fans. She then watched Paul walk towards her before presenting the midfielder with the MVP of the month, powered by Hanwha prize for January on behalf of all J-Members.
Pogba was voted January player of the month by J-Members following a string of outstanding displays but next month there will be another Bianconeri winner and another J-Member will have the chance to confer the award.
