After making their return from Parma in the early hours of the morning, Juventus wasted little time in returning to Vinovo for the start of their build-up to Sunday’s Serie A clash with Udinese at the Stadio Friuli.
Those involved in the 1-0 win over the Gialloblu, which sealed a Coppa Italia semi-final spot for the Bianconeri, underwent their usual post-match warm-down, while the remainder of the group worked on fitness and technique, combining changes of direction at pace with shooting exercises in the small goals.
Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal missed out on today’s session after suffering a sprained right knee during yesterday’s clash at the Tardini. The MRI scan he underwent this morning ruled out any serious damage.
Work towards the team’s return to Serie A action will continue when the squad assemble for another morning workout tomorrow.
