Hot on the heels of yesterday evening’s 3-0 victory over Atalanta, Massimiliano Allegri’s side were back at Vinovo for a light gym workout earlier today.

Elsewhere, players like Andrea Pirlo who were in need of minutes under their belts, took to the Juventus Center pitches to take on Lombardy-based outfit USD Caravaggio in a practice match.

It was a useful 60 minute run-out for the squad, played out in front of Andrea Agnelli, Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici, before the Primavera took to the field for the remaining half-hour.

All the goals came in the first-half as Kwadwo Asamoah got the ball rolling with a volley after four minutes from Kingsley Coman’s cross. The young Frenchman was provider once again for Roberto Pereyra to double the Bianconeri’s advantage 120 seconds later.

The lively Coman got in on the act on the nine minute mark, slotting in after Alvaro Morata’s initial shot was saved by the goalkeeper. Caravaggio then scored either side of the young Spaniard’s beautiful backheel through Federico Peli and Simone Angioletti.

The Bianconeri will return to Juventus Center tomorrow afternoon in order to prepare for Wednesday’s Champions League match-up with Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.
