Work resumes at Juventus Center

A significantly reduced group was back in Juventus Center this afternoon to begin working towards next weekend’s Serie A return against Sassuolo in Reggio Emilia.

Deprived of the 16-strong international contingent and four players continuing their respective recovery regimes (Andrea Barzagli, Martin Caceres, Luca Marrone and Romulo), Massimiliano Allegri and his coaching staff ran the remaining handful through a number of drills designed to regain peak fitness ahead of an upcoming heavy run of fixtures.

Conditioning work is expected to be back on the agenda when the Bianconeri regroup in Vinovo tomorrow morning.
