The club’s legends will follow up September’s UNESCO Cup charity fundraiser with a rematch in Buenos Aires on 13 November. David Trezeguet joins his Boca counterparts for today's unveiling in Argentina

The build-up to next week’s rematch between the Juventus Legends and their Boca Juniors counterparts officially began with today’s press conference in Argentina.

Following last September’s thrilling UNESCO Cup charity fundraiser at Juventus Stadium, won by the Argentines on penalties, both sides will again be pitting their wits against each other when they run out in Buenos Aires on 13 November.

Once again charity is to provide the driving force behind a special evening, this time in support of the hosts’ chosen initiative, the Copa Boca Social.

Presenting the competition this afternoon in South America were Martin Palermo, president Daniel Angelici and the club’s charity chief Enzo Pagani, joined by Juventus Legends president David Trezeguet.

Trezeguet said: “I’d like to thank Boca for giving my team-mates and I the opportunity to play at the Bombonera. It will be our chance to exact revenge for the game contested in Italy and we hope to win it.

“However, the main aim of the evening is getting a decent crowd in to support the initiative. We hope to put on a good show for everyone.”
