And now for Genoa

After completing their return from Manchester in the early hours of Wednesday morning, Juventus were back on the training ground this afternoon to commence preparations for Sunday’s Serie A trip to Genoa.

With spirits high following last night’s Champions League Group D victory over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, Massimiliano Allegri’s men got straight down to work in their bid to register a first win of their league campaign.

Genoa, however, is never a straightforward venue for any side to play at and the Bianconeri will therefore be leaving no stone unturned against a team who will be seeking an instant response to last weekend’s defeat to Fiorentina.

Those who figured in yesterday’s triumph underwent a warm-down in the gym, while the remainder of the group conducted a regular work out under the watchful eyes of Allegri and his backroom staff.

Tomorrow will see the whole squad come together when they take to the training field for another workout at Juventus Center.
