A new partnership with Luvfans offers Bianconeri supporters in China a valuable tool for channelling their passion for the club

Juventus have a strong bond with China. Not only because the Bianconeri have lifted two Italian Super Cups on Chinese soil, in 2012 and 2015. Not only because the Juve Legends team will be turning out in Shanghai at the end of March. But because Chinese fans have an insatiable appetite for football and all things Bianconeri.

Chinese Juventini keep abreast of goings-on in the Bianconeri universe via the largest social media networks in the country, from Sina Weibo to Tencent, Wechat, mobile apps and Baidu Post Bar.

Now, thanks to Juventus' recently launched partnership with Luvfans, they can live their passion for Juve through a unique digital platform: the Juventus Chinese Digital Fan Community.

On this platform our Chinese supporters can find activities designed exclusively for them, original merchandising and the chance to experience Juventus in person with the Fly to Turin competition, which offers lucky contestants a flight to Italy and tickets to Juventus Stadium to watch a game as the club's guests.

“China represents an enormous catchment area,” explains Federico Palomba, Head of Marketing and Digital at Juventus. “There are millions of fans who regularly follow us on social media. Until now, we've been lacking a tool that brings them all together and provides a single reference point. Now that we've built this official platform, our Chinese fans will have the opportunity to join a huge community that we'll be dedicating a great deal of time and attention to.”

“The Luvfans partnership is a big step forward as we continue to expand our commercial operations in the Chinese market, as we've been doing for some time,” stressed Giorgio Ricci, Head of Global Partnerships and Corporate Revenues. “We've set ourselves some ambitious targets and to keep on track we must strengthen our presence in a key market where we already have millions of fans. Thanks to Luvfans, our supporters will have a valuable tool to share their passion and Juventus will be able to rely on a new regional partner to jointly develop future projects.”
