Just hours after returning from the capital, Juventus waste no time in turning attentions to their next appointment: Sunday's Serie A showdown with Roma

The key to success is to never rest on your laurels and to be aware of the fact that you are only as good as your last match.

Such advice was firmly in the forefront of the Bianconeri's minds this morning in Vinovo as Massimiliano Allegri's men took to the training pitches once more with an intensive program of Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League commitments looming on the horizon.

Just hours after setting up a Coppa Italia semi-final date with Inter Milan, the champions set about beginning preparations for Sunday's encounter with Roma today, a side that had led them by 11 points in the Scudetto title race just ten matchdays ago.

As is the norm for a training session the day after a match, Allegri's charges were split into two groups with those involved at the Stadio OIimpico undergoing a routine warm down session in the gym and the remainder of the squad focusing on ball work and movement in the final third.

Joining the latter was Andrea Barzagli, as predicted by the boss last Saturday, as the defender continues to work towards a return to action after a four-game absence through injury. Roberto Pereyra also featured in parts of today's workout, stepping up his own rehabilitation program.

The Old Lady will be back at Juventus Center tomorrow morning as preparations for the Giallorossi pick up pace.
