Massimiliano Allegri’s men regrouped in Vinovo this morning to launch their preparations for the start of the second half of this season’s Serie A campaign, which begins with Sunday afternoon’s away game against Udinese.
A sensational winning streak, extended to nine games following last weekend’s triumph over Sampdoria in Genoa, has brought the Bianconeri right back into title contention and they will be eying a perfect 10 when they face another encounter on the road, this time against the Zebrette.
Top spot is not be the only objective that Allegri’s changes have their sights set on, as Udinese were the team to inflict an opening-day defeat on them back on 23 August at Juventus Stadium, meaning revenge will very much be at the forefront of their thinking when they run out at the Stadio Friuli.
To begin their preparations for the encounter, Juventus conducted a Tuesday session based fundamentally on fitness, in which two separate groups worked on their condition.
Ball work is expected to come to the fore tomorrow, during a solitary session scheduled for the morning.
