Moments turn games and they didn't go in Juve's favour on Saturday night. Andrea Barzagli knows as much but insists the onus is nonetheless on Juventus. If you lose, it's because you weren't good enough.

Not that Andrea could be faulted himself after the impressive defensive display he produced in Milan.

“I'm not going to comment on my own performance, only the team's,” the veteran centre-back said following the defeat to AC Milan.

“I'm angry we lost. We played better than we have in other games but if you lose 1-0 it means you have to do better.

“Still, I think we can say the match turned on two moments today.”

One of those was Miralem Pjanic's disallowed goal.

“It was wrong to rule it out but things like that can happen. It was still 0-0 and we had an hour left to win it.

“Now we have to sit down and look at what we did wrong and keep working hard.

“There are lots of things we need to improve although at the end of the day we hardly afforded our opponents any chances, not even in the second half.”
