Juventus star Simone Padoin is celebrating his 31st birthday today.
The former Italy Under-21 international, who can operate either in midfield or at full-back, is now in his third full season at the club since joining from Atalanta back in January 2012.
Padoin has proved himself a worthy member of the Juventus side which has won three consecutive Serie A titles and two Italian Super Cups in recent times, even popping up with two memorable goals against Fiorentina and his old side Atalanta respectively.
The tireless performer will be spending the day alongside his team-mates as they gear up for this evening’s Champions League last 16 second leg with Borussia Dortmund in Germany. And he’ll want to make it a birthday to remember by helping the Old Lady to reach the quarter-final stage.
