Juventus’ global network of Academies and Camps continues to grow and today it expanded further with a new J|Academy base opening in China and, more precisely, the city of Zhuhai in the province of Guangdong.

The centre will enable youngsters in the region to train the Bianconeri way throughout the footballing season for approximately nine months per year.

“The children here in Zhuhai could not wait for this moment to arrive. Juventus is a popular club with many fans over here and we’re certain that this opportunity will spell just the start for young footballers wanting to develop their skills,” said J|Academy Head Coach Carlo Mastellone.

Juventus’ commitments in Asia are growing all the time. Indeed on 6 November, David Trezeguet, accompanied by club mascot Jay, visited what will become yet another J|Academy base in Tokyo, which is set to open its doors in April 2017.
