Pescara manager Massimo Oddo has urged his side to show their mettle against the league leaders on Saturday night at Juventus Stadium.
“We’ve put in a lot of work to prepare for this match and tried out a few defensive manoeuvres.
“We go to Turin determined to show what we’re capable of, making sure we adapt well to the way Juve play, but we ultimately have very little to lose.”
Oddo’s opposite number Massimiliano Allegri has seen 14 of his players travel overseas with their respective countries over the last 10 days or so, with several only recently returning to Vinovo, but the 40-year-old dismissed claims that this would hamper the Bianconeri too much.
“Allegri is doing a great job and he shouldn’t have any problems with his selection for tomorrow, despite many of his players being involved in the November internationals.
“We know that we’re about to pit our wits against one of the strongest sides in Europe and so I can only field players who are in top nick physically.”
