Two Juventus stars, Daniele Rugani and Paulo Dybala, have been named in France Football's "revelations" of 2016 selection, a group of players nominated for their breakout performances in the past 12 months.

The former, fresh off the back of a bumper new deal at the club, was placed in the team's top XI, while Dybala features on a star-studded substitutes' bench.

Joining Rugani in making their first major mark on the European game in 2016 are the likes of Gianluigi Donnarumma (Milan) Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich), Virgil Van Dijk (Southampton), Samuel Umtiti (Barcelona), Adrien Rabiot (PSG), Renato Sanches (Bayern Munich), Ousmane Dembélé (Borussia Dortmund), Riyhad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy (both Leicester).

Juve's Dybala, Liverpool's Sadio Mané, Red Bull Leipzig's Timo Werner, Monaco's Thomas Lemar and West Ham's Dimitri Payet make up the 16-man shortlist.
