Following a somewhat quieter week during the October international break, Vinovo was a hive of activity again today with the return to training of several Bianconeri involved with their respective countries in World Cup qualifiers, of whom Giorgio Chiellini and Marko Pjaca underwent specially personalised workouts.
For those players to have remained at Juventus Center over the last week, there was a 45-minute-long warm-up friendly in store against local outfit, Pro Settimo Eureka.
Among the goal scorers on the afternoon were Claudio Marchisio, who completed the entire training session, and Patrice Evra. Meanwhile, Medhi Benatia rejoined his team-mates for a part of today’s workout.
Tomorrow will see the rest of the Bianconeri return to Vinovo from overseas duty, with the exception of Leonardo Bonucci, who has been granted today and tomorrow off, as preparations step up another gear ahead of Saturday’s visit of Udinese at Juventus Stadium (kick-off at 20.45 CEST).
