It would be fair to say that it’s been quite a day for Dani Alves. Kicking off early this morning with his first Bianconeri press conference, formally unveiling him as the club’s new number 23, the Brazilian wing-back got to know all about his new home, new fans, new club and the history behind it all.

After addressing the media, Alves took to the microphone once more to speak to Jtv, Juventus’ official channel. From the television studio, the 33-year-old helped himself to a glorious, panoramic view of Juventus Stadium, the ground he’ll be gracing within just a couple of months.

A trip to the changing rooms followed before sampling the J-Stadium turf, where Alves well and truly got the ball rolling and, even more, juggling with countless keepy-uppies, showing an exciting glimpse of what he holds in store for when the new season commences.

Looking forward to the future, Alves was also just as enthusiastic when it came to learning about the Bianconeri’s illustrious history in J-Museum. From flicking through interactive screens about former and current Juve greats to gazing at the club’s burgeoning trophy cabinet, the Brazilian showed his determination to bring home yet more silverware and moments of magic during his stay in Turin.

After exiting J-Museum, Alves received the warmest of welcomes from fans who had come in their hundreds to greet him, while he also got the opportunity to meet amiable mascot J upon setting foot in the megastore, where he shared selfies and signed shirts for many more excited supporters, who are now lining up to get their hands on his highly sought after number 23 jersey.

Everyone at Juventus Football Club welcomes Dani warmly into his new home and looks forward to seeing him kick off the new campaign later this summer.

There's no doubt he can't wait to get started either!
