New Year, new face in Vinovo

Juventus got their 2017 up and running on New Year’s Day with an afternoon training session, one week before they take on Bologna at home next Sunday (kick-off at 20.45 CET).

Today saw Tomas Rincon enjoy a first workout with his new team-mates, the Venezuelan midfielder having completed his Bianconeri medical on 29 December.

Massimiliano Allegri almost has all of the squad back in Turin for the second part of the 2016/17 season. The only absentees at present are Medhi Benatia and Mario Lemina, both set to take part shortly in the Africa Cup of Nations, and Gonzalo Higuain and Dani Alves, the South American duo due back tomorrow in Vinovo.
