The final days of the "Gioca con Me" Summer camp have concluded for boys of the 5 cities affected by the earthquake.

Emotion, fun and, of course, plenty of football. These were the ingredients that came together for the week of the "Gioca con Me" Summer Camp in Cascia. This was an intitative designed and executed by Juventus within the framework of the "Gioca con Me" projected designed to enhance sport and football as a vehicle for social inclusion.

This week's camp, involving 127 boys from five areas affected by last year's earthquake in Umbria, Cascia, Norcia, Leonessa, Preci and Cerreto di Spoleto, were free to participate in the camp.

It was an intense and wonderful week thanks to the great work of everyone, from the Juventus Academy coaches and all those who worked to make the camp happen, such as the Municipality of Cascia, Di Curzio Incoming and the USD Cascia Calcio Sports Company.

This morning's ceremony saw the participation of the municipalities of Cascia, Norcia and Monteleone di Spoleto, and the boys were able to meet and challenge Jay, our lovable mascot.

At the end of the day, Gianluca Pessotto was very pleased with how the camp has come together. "It was a wonderful week," said Pessotto. "So many young players came out to spend days full of friendship, fun, running and training with us. All this was possible thanks to our team of coaches who were exceptional as well as our local institutions who we thank heartily. The beauty of this event and this came is the principles that the sport carries. Those are to never give up, have fun and to always dream which is the basis of our whole youth activity."
