Juventus Football Club are pleased to announce Alessandro Dal Canto as the new Head Coach of its Primavera (U19) squad on a one-year contract.
Dal Canto, whose predecessor Fabio Grosso is now in charge of Serie B outfit Bari, has history with Juve appearing three times for the club in the early 1990s. Successful spells with Venezia and Vicenza followed before his retirement in 2009.
The 42-year-old’s most recent coaching post was with Empoli – whom he guided to third in the league and to a spot in the Viareggio Cup final - and as a selector for Italy’s U17 squad having previously managed Padova and Vicenza at senior level between 2011 and 2013.
In bocca al lupo, Mister!
