Colombian forward Juan Cuadrado states his optimism and determination for the season ahead

      HARD WORK THE KEY

“I’ve been working well these past two weeks. I’ve been training hard to achieve a peak physical condition. Clearly when the season begins, you won’t hit optimum form right away, but now we’re working at a high level, with maximum concentration.

“We’ve begun the season in a good manner, but we know that there are things to improve upon and we are committed to doing so, both in the attacking phase and the defensive phase. Allegri’s advice is useful in reaching our objectives, and that is something that the squad has always been focused on achieving.”

      GOING BEYOND THE MAXIMUM

“Every effort must be made to the maximum. We have to give everything and take advantage of the opportunities that come our way.

“The formation that we play counts up to a point, but what really makes the difference is the will to make sacrifices, which is our strength and allows all of us to pull in the same direction. We must not think about having a ‘glass ceiling’ when it comes to our improvement, but instead think about always being able to do better.”

      NEXT LEVEL DYBALA

“Paulo has everything in his locker to become stronger. Amongst other things, we have been thinking about a new celebration together! Maybe even a bit of ballet! Although he is shy when it comes to dancing…”
