Versatile, quick, strong and the definition of a model professional, every squad in the world would be happy to have a Kwadwo Asamoah in their ranks. Fortunately, for the past four and a half seasons, Juventus have had been able to rely on the services of the real thing.
Kwadwo returned to first team action to the warmest of welcomes from the Juventus Stadium faithful in Wednesday’s victory over Zagreb and just two days later, Bianconeri fans now have something else for which to hail their Ghanaian star.
Our number 22, although focusing on preparations for Sunday’s Derby della Mole clash at the Stadio Olimpico, will celebrate his 28th birthday today, his fifth in Turin since swapping Udinese for Juve in July 2012.
