The day that the Bianconeri became #LE6END

21 May 2017: Juventus need a win against Crotone at Allianz Stadium to win the league and Scudetto number 35.

The Bianconeri are so close to reaching their sixth consecutive title, but there is still an obstacle in their way in the shape of Crotone.

I Pitagorici arrived in Turin as the most in-form side in Serie A at the time, and on a seven-game unbeaten streak. Juve knew that they would be facing a team who still needed points to avoid relegation. However, their own celebration of survival would have to wait another week, as Juventus had a Scudetto to win!

12th Minute: Mario Mandzukic is right on cue to celebrate his 31st birthday by arriving with perfect timing to meet Juan Cuadrado's cross and tap the Bianconeri in front. 1-0 to Juventus.

39th minute: Paulo Dybala stands over a free-kick on the right-hand side: La Joya shoots, La Joya scores!! Alex Cordaz in the Crotone goal with absolutely no chance as Dybala curls a peach up and over the wall and into the back of the net. 2-0!

83rd minute: Corner to Juventus: Dybala takes it and Alex Sandro rises highest above his man to knock in and over the line with the aid of the crossbar to make it 3-0 to Juventus and put the result beyond doubt.

Now the party can really get started! All that's left to do is congratulate the team and see Gianluigi Buffon lift the trophy over his head for the sixth year running, Juventus are Champions of Italy!

Relive the emotions of that special day in pictures.
