Miralem Pjanic expressed his delight after Juventus beat Inter on Sunday night to move 12 points clear of their rivals.
“It's a great win against a great team,” Miralem began in a pitchside interview moments after the final whistle.
“We really wanted these three points and we battled hard to get them. Now we've opened up a big gap over one of the favourites for the Scudetto.
“There's still a long way to go though, and we mustn't let up. We have another month or so until we have to think about the Champions League again and we'll be up against a tricky side so we'll need to be on our game for that one.
“For now we're fully focused on Serie A – first Crotone and then Cagliari. And we want nothing less than six points!”
“We have quality throughout the side – just look at [Juan] Cuadrado's goal. We're all delighted we managed to keep a clean sheet too.
“However, as I said, the league's not over yet. Our title rivals Roma and Napoli are great to watch – they play lovely football.”
