Preparing for Porto

Massimiliano Allegri's men set about completing what they had started in Portugal two and a half weeks ago in Vinovo this afternoon as they began preparations for Tuesday's Champions League second leg tie with Porto at Juventus Stadium.

While holding a commanding two-goal advantage from the first leg thanks to late strkes from Marko Pjaca and Dani Alves, it is a matter of job half done for the 2015 finalists who will qualify for the quarter-finals with a positive result or one-goal defeat.

Naturally, tactics came to the fore on Sunday with Allegri's charges walking through the steps to be repeated under the lights on Tuesday night. Joining them for a portion of the session was Giorgio Chiellini, continuing on his path to recovery.

Tomorrow brings all the usual excitement on the eve of a big Champions League night: the Bianconeri are set to train at 15.15 CET in Vinovo with the first quarter of an hour open to the media before coach Allegri and Paulo Dybala conduct their pre-match press conference at 19.30 at Juventus Stadium.

Visitors Porto, 4-0 winners over Arouca on Friday, are set to address the media at 18.30 and undergo a final training session on the Stadium turf at 19.00.
