Following nine days of well-deserved rest in order to recharge their batteries, the team returned to training at Vinovo today to prepare for the remaining half of the season.

The team will be competing on three fronts as they challenge for Serie A, the TIM Cup and the Champions League. Juve will face their first challenge in less than a week, when they welcome Genoa to the Allianz Stadium for Monday Night Football on 22 January (20:45 CET).

To prepare for next week's match the team have been busy today as they had an intense double session at Vinovo, first with physical exercises in the morning and then focusing on ball work in the afternoon.

This morning Gianluigi Buffon, Juan Cuadrado, Paulo Dybala and Claudio Marchisio underwent checks at J|Medical, in which they all showed good progress in their respective recovery programmes. Dybala and Marchisio are both expected to be out for between 30-40 days after the assessments made in the first week of January. Buffon and Cuadrado who are both recovering well will follow a personalised training regime this week.

Tomorrow the team will be back in Vinovo where they will work in groups, divided between the morning and the afternoon.
