Alex Sandro has hailed Juve's strength as a team after the Bianconeri dug deep to overcome Valencia in midweek, despite playing a man light for over an hour. The game offered further evidence of the Bianconeri's cast-iron defence – leading many pundits to claim Massimiliano Allegri's side boast the meanest backline in Europe. “We won as a team – that's our greatest strength,” Alex Sandro said in an interview with Sky Sport Italia.“I think we could become the best defence. We have to keep working hard and working well but we have lots of ability – not just up front but at the back too. "I think this could be an excellent season both for me personally and as a team. I have a good feeling but I know I have to keep improving.”Asked whether Cristiano Ronaldo has got over the disappointment of being shown a red card at the Mestalla, the 27-year-old replied: “He looks really fired up. He's a highly experienced player and he knows that what happened in Spain is in the past now. He's already looking forward. “Cristiano has brought lots of qualities to the team. I'm getting to know him, learning the sort of runs he makes and how he likes to receive the ball. I think in time I'll be able to provide him with a fair few assists.”Meanwhile Juve travel to Frosinone on Sunday looking to maintain their 100% start to the campaign. “It's all in the head,” Alex Sandro stressed. “We have to stay focused on the task at hand – that's the only way forward if we want to secure another win in the league.”
