Bianconeri break after Empoli win

Following an intense week which concluded with a 1-2 away victory against Empoli, having also defeated Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Champions League, Juventus were granted a deserved two-day rest.

After returning late in the evening to Turin on Saturday from Tuscany, Massimiliano Allegri gave his men Sunday and Monday off to rest and recover, so the squad can prepare for Saturday's home match against Cagliari in optimal condition.

The Bianconeri will be back at the JTC on Tuesday morning.
