There will be a new reinforcement to guard the posts of Juventus Women, as Croatian national team goalkeeper, Doris Bačić is now Bianconera. Bačić becomes the sixth recruit for Rita Guarino's girls following the arrivals of Eniola Aluko, Cristiana Girelli, Aleksandra Sikora, Lianne Sanderson and Petronella Ekroth.
Born in 1995 in Neum, Bačić arrives from Anderlecht, having previously played in Sweden for Rosengård, whilst also turning out for Arsenal Ladies in England. The 23-year-old brings European experience to Juventus Women, having made her debut in the Women's Champions League in 2012, whilst playing for Croatian side, Osijek, against Glasgow City. Whilst internationally Bačić is already at home having made already 32 appearances for the Croatia national team.
The new Juventus Women goalkeeper has chosen the shirt number, 42 for the upcoming season.
Dobro došla Doris!
