A return to the pitch and a return to concentration is on tap for the Bianconeri this week as they prepare for the all-important second half of the season. It's the first with Juventus for Federico Bernardeschi who knows it's going to take more than ever before to achieve his goals for the year.

RE-STARTING STRONG

"When you re-start you have to always have great attention. You've unplugged and now we need to get plugged back in. We've worked hard and quickly over the last three days to get straight back to our form and we will be ready."

THE SCUDETTO RACE

"The race is very close and the less mistakes we make the closer we get to winning. Starting from Monday, we can't make mistakes. Football is a funny game and other teams can make a run but right now the title favorites seem to be Juventus and Napoli."

THAT JUVE MENTALITY

"The first thing that has struck me about Juventus is the mentality here which is integral into all aspects of the club. It's something that you can only understand from the inside and it gives you a great boost."

GETTING MORE AND MORE COMFORTABLE

"I've never had doubts since my physical at J|Medical. I'm getting better and better with every day that passes. I feel more and more a part of this group and I'm really very happy with it.

When I learned that Juventus wanted me, I didn't think twice because I thought that for my growth and path in the game it was the best choice.

Personally, I know I'm on the right track and just want to keep learning. On the field, Mr. Allegri asks me to keep things simple. I do not have numerical goals for myself, but from now until the end of the season I just want to make as big an impact as possible."

What role does he seem himself in? "I feel like a trequartista in the modern sense of the term," said Bernardeschi. "But in today's football the best players are the ones that can play many roles and must adapt to the team, not vice versa."
