The Bianconeri made it seven Serie A wins out of seven with victory against Napoli. In every instance that Juve have started like this they've gone on to win the title at the end of the season.

In addition, this marks the first time since the 1930/31 season in which Juve have won all eight opening games in all competitions.

Mario Mandzukic scored his third and fourth goals of the season, adding to his strikes against Lazio and Parma.

Mandzukic levelled the game for Juve in the first half after some great work by Cristiano Ronaldo to head home the Portuguese's cross. The Croatian put the Old Lady in front early in the second half after a great strike by Ronaldo came off the post and Juve's number 17 was there to tap home.

3.HAT-TRICK OF ASSISTS FOR CR7

Cristiano Ronaldo turned in an influential performance against the Partenopei, with a hand in all three of Juve's goals.

For the equaliser some fine trickery saw CR7 swing in a great cross that was headed home by Mandzukic. The second goal saw Ronaldo smash a ferocious strike against the post both Mandzukic again capitalised.

Then finally Ronaldo headed Federico Bernardeschi's corner into the path of Leonardo Bonucci to slide home and secure all three points.

Federico Bernardeschi came off the bench in the second half for what was his 100th Serie A appearance, earnt at both Fiorentina and Juve.

The Italian winger has endured a fine start to the season with vital performances that have included important goals and assists. Bernardeschi played a telling part in Juve's third goal supplying the corner that lead to Ronaldo's flick-on and then Bonucci's finish.

Leonardo Bonucci scored his first Juventus goal since re-joining the club in the summer, as he slid in for the Bianconeri's third.

Not only that, but the last time Bonucci faced Napoli at home for Juve the defender also played a decisive part, as he opened the scoring for La Vecchia Signora, rifling home a volley in a 2-1 win in the 2016/17 season.
