Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

Juventus Football Club announces that Giulia Bongiorno resigned on 2 June 2018 from the position of Independent Director of the company due to her appointment as a Minister in the Italian Government.

On the basis of the information disclosed to the company and to the public, Bongiorno did not hold, at the time of her resignation, shares of Juventus Football Club.

The Chairman, on behalf of the whole Board of Directors, would like to sincerely thank Giulia Bongiorno for her contribution, which connoted professionalism and independence, wishing her success in her new office.
